Refund Policy

1. Any items that are misprinted/damaged/defective, or are not the size you ordered are fully refundable including original shipping costs. You must let us know within 14 days after the product has been received. In these situations it is not required to send the item back, but instead you need to send a photo of the item to verify the defect.

2. For packages lost in transit, again a full refund including shipping will be issued. For items lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

3. If you receive an item and are not happy with the color, a full refund including original shipping costs will be issued. You don’t need to send the item back to us.
